PT Kencana Alam Sakti ("kami") mengoperasikan situs alamsakti.id. Kebijakan ini menjelaskan bagaimana kami memperlakukan data pribadi yang kami terima melalui situs tersebut.

Situs ini tidak menjalankan skrip analitik. Namun, seperti seluruh situs di internet, permintaan yang dikirim browser Anda ke server kami tercatat dalam log server standar, yang dapat memuat alamat IP, jenis browser, halaman yang diakses, dan waktu akses. Log ini digunakan semata-mata untuk keperluan operasional dan keamanan server.

Kami tidak menggunakan data Anda untuk pemasaran otomatis, profiling, atau pengambilan keputusan otomatis.

Kami tidak mengendalikan bagaimana penyedia tersebut memproses data di sistem mereka. Jika Anda tidak ingin data Anda melewati Web3Forms, silakan hubungi kami langsung melalui email ke admin@alamsakti.id.
Pesan yang Anda kirim melalui formulir kontak diteruskan ke kotak masuk email perusahaan kami dan disimpan di sana sebagai bagian dari catatan korespondensi bisnis.

Situs ini disajikan melalui koneksi terenkripsi (HTTPS). Akses ke kotak masuk yang menerima pesan formulir dibatasi hanya pada personel yang berkepentingan di perusahaan kami.
Meski demikian, tidak ada metode transmisi melalui internet yang sepenuhnya aman. Kami menyarankan Anda untuk tidak mengirimkan informasi yang sangat sensitif — seperti data rekening bank atau dokumen identitas — melalui formulir kontak di situs ini.

Kami adalah perusahaan yang berkedudukan di Indonesia dan melayani pembeli di berbagai negara. Beberapa penyedia layanan yang kami gunakan (Web3Forms, Google, Meta) mengoperasikan server di luar wilayah Indonesia, sehingga data Anda dapat diproses di yurisdiksi lain.
Dalam hal terjadi transfer semacam itu, kami hanya menggunakan penyedia yang menyatakan menerapkan tingkat pelindungan data yang memadai.
Situs ini ditujukan untuk pembeli industri, eksportir, dan mitra bisnis. Situs ini tidak ditujukan bagi anak di bawah umur, dan kami tidak dengan sengaja mengumpulkan data pribadi anak. Apabila Anda meyakini seorang anak telah mengirimkan data kepada kami, silakan hubungi kami agar data tersebut dapat kami hapus.

PT Kencana Alam Sakti ("we", "us") operates the website alamsakti.id. This policy explains how we handle personal data we receive through it.

The third-party providers we use (see section 4) also receive your IP address when your browser loads their resources.

Messages you send through the contact form are forwarded to our company inbox and kept there as part of our business correspondence records.
You may request earlier deletion at any time — see section 8.
This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the inbox that receives form submissions is limited to the personnel within our company who need it.
That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We recommend you do not send highly sensitive information — such as bank account details or identity documents — through the contact form on this site.
Under Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have equivalent rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We are a company established in Indonesia serving buyers in a number of countries. Some of the service providers we use (Web3Forms, Google, Meta) operate servers outside Indonesia, so your data may be processed in other jurisdictions.
Where such a transfer occurs, we use only providers that represent that they maintain an adequate level of data protection.
This site is intended for industrial buyers, exporters, and business partners. It is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
